You have the most impact on others by being the person only you can be.  Fulfill the calling only you can have.  I can’t tell you what that is.  Only you know.

Try to be no one else but you.  It is amazing of the billions of people on this earth each one is unique.  Explore that tiny seed the Lord put in you, the tiny voice only you can hear.

Love what you do, who you are, the way you are “wired” and you will have the most impact on those around you.  Yes, you might not live long enough to see that.  It does not matter.

Each person was put on this earth for a reason.  Each person is driven to do something well.

Don’t be overly concerned of your legacy.  That is not your place.  But do what your tiny voice is urging you to do.  That is all you need to do.

Imbalance in your life is not necessarily a bad thing.  I can not tell you when your life becomes imbalanced.  Only you know the signs.  I can suggest some of the signs:  you might feel stressed out, unduly nervous, usually feeling you have left something out of your life.

Your body and mind always tells you when you need to make a correction in your life.  When you have peace of mind, there is usually balance in your life, when you are obeying that tiny voice only you can hear.

But when there is too much unrest in your soul and you have no peace something needs changing.  The imbalance in your life now is a good thing.

The body and mind is always seeking a state of equilibrium.  For example, you eat a meal and your body indicates you are full.  Then enough time goes by and your appetite kicks in and you are hungry again.  And you start this cycle all over again.

And so you are always seeking a state of equilibrium in your life.  Your imbalance either too much in one direction or too much in the other direction indicates you need to make a life change–sometimes they are major and sometimes they are minor or both.

Only you know what changes have to occur.  Only you know.  And you will, also, know when you have made the right decisions.  Every one’s life goes through cycles.  You just have to listen to what your mind and body is telling you.

It is important not to get seduced by good things.  There is no end to good things.  When you let yourself be seduced by good things, they become a distraction and you never get to the “meat” of your schedule.

It means first being still and then looking at your life and listening to your tiny voice telling you what is really important for you to do.  Each person has one.  And if you let yourself be distracted by good things you never get there.

Your “mission” is your unique contribution to the world–to the people in your circle.  It has been crowded out.  So be aware of the seduction of good things and say no to them.  There is no end to good things.

You can never run out of love.  You can become drained, physically tired and feel as if you have nothing more to give but those things are under your control.

The well to draw from is infinite.  Love is God.  As long as you continue to tap the source you will never run out of love to give to others.  The powers of the Almighty have no restraints.

I have to qualify that.  Jesus, God, Jehovah however you want to call Him gives us free will.  And that means sometimes our ability to love others is blocked.  But you can always return to the source.  It is always your choice.

There is no one way.  There is but there isn’t.  View your salvation with fear and trembling.  Those words straight out of the Bible indicate not one person can tell you exactly how to find the Master (and follow His will).

So many people try.  It is futile.  Somehow you need to listen to that tiny voice only you can hear.  Love is infinite.  And the Source’s powers are infinite so draw upon them.  Listen to your tiny voice so easily buried.

Humans are masters of deception.  I am not telling you what to believe but to seek Him.  He is the only source of true strength.  The only bottomless well to draw love from.  So seek Him.  You will never run out of love.

It is so easy to get lost in the moment (or let us say the urgent).  You can flow from task to task never stopping.

I know.  I have been there.  You must stop, get off your treadmill, take in what is really going on.

Proverbs in the Bible says, ”Be still and know I am God.”  How can you possibly listen to that tiny voice inside of you if you do not stop your frantic activity.

The tiny voice, your conscience, is always there buried perhaps.  The only way you can possibly hear what that tiny voice inside you is telling is by stopping, changing your routine, permitting yourself to drift, do nothing.

This is very hard to do in a society that values action and does not reward quietness and being.  Yet if you do not stop how can you possibly know where you are or where you want to go or even where you are heading or the course of action you have chosen.

“Be still and know I am God.”  Very very good advice.  That is the only way you can tap that tiny voice that really never leaves.

Try taking an aimless walk or letting your mind drift.  It does not matter how you do it.  Just that you do it, slow down and tap that voice that never leaves you.  It might change the whole course of your life.  It is always there.  You just have to listen to it.
