Vacations are always interesting, especially, when you go to another part of the country.  Chuck and I were in Buluxi, Mississippi and I was looking at the Gulf waters and saw two large birds flying over the water, one tailing another.  I asked my friend what they were and he said the birds were brown pelicans.  It is their state bird and almost disappeared in that state and they had to import them from Florida so you could still find them in Mississippi.

One thousand unidentified bodies were found on land they wanted to build a medical school in Mississippi.  It was on the site of a former mental hospital.  And all the director of the medical school could do was complain about the three million it will take to give each body a proper burial.  And as the article said if the money was needed for their football team, it would be obtained.  Where is the outrage?!  Each person once had a Mom and probably a Dad.  And the parents invested their hopes and dreams for their child.  And no one knows who they are?  Where is the outrage?  That is the only thing I can say.  And I have to repeat a third time:  Where is the outrage?!

The surprising thing about all the public beaches in Biluxi, Mississippi is none had any rest rooms.  I had to use a Marriot Hotel to use the facilities.  We looked at the water line (of the high tide) and realized there really was not much beach left at high tide.  I walked along the beach and found a large head of a fish (I had no idea what kind of fish it was) and also a big jelly fish at least eight inches long and five inches wide.  Otherwise my walk was uneventful.  I did see a dozen plover play tag with the tide.  They would run around the waves and stick their heads in the sand.  I had no idea what they were eating.  I did get wet completely but the Gulf was not that deep.  It was a pleasant afternoon.
